I’m not sure whether Italians have claimed this little town or if they travel here just for this restaurant—but both times we visited, we were the only non-Italians around! And yes, we went back a second time because we loved it so much the first. Everything was delicious! We had the parmigiana melanzane—hands down the best I’ve ever had—formaggi pizza (which I didn’t enjoy because of the strong cheese smell, but my husband loved it), and gnocchi, which again was outstanding. The portions were generous, and we ordered so much that I could barely make it back to the hotel from how full I was 😄 The best thing about this restaurant is their tomato sauce—anything they put that sauce on is impossible to be tasteless. It adds so much flavor that even simple dishes feel special. Service was super fast, and even the cappuccino was excellent. On our second visit, we tried the calzone and spinach pasta—both were again delicious. I especially noticed how good the pizza dough was that day, something I didn’t fully catch the first time, probably because of the cheese. Great value for money, warm atmosphere, and incredible food—this place truly feels like a little Italy tucked away in another country. Totally recommended!

—Too €€€€€— +Dog-friendly 75%: OK to sit at the entrance. +Looks bravely fresh, despite having opened back in 2018. +Above 70% full&animated, on a Covid-times February Saturday 2p 022. Moreover there were pizza take-outs. +Unorthodox house salad with turnips, maize and rocket: 👌 . +Entrecôte-Gorgonzola cooked to perfection, yet... -an economical slice of beef with too much cream and -no noble blue blue streak of Gorgonzola in sight in the sauce. +Magnificently located: on the 🇪🇺 3 borders 🇱🇺🇫🇷🇩🇪 of the 🇱🇺Schengen commune, with a generous parking (including 2 ⚡ parking slots). ➖Drop-dead expensive. ➖ No affordable house wine. The "entry-level" red is already a rocket-high 19.90€ for ½ litre pitcher; its bottle moreover priced at 26€. ➖ The meat dish was precariously portioned: the entrecôte was literally found under the chip.

We visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch. First - the aperitivi - I ordered an aperol spritz, but barely one minute later I changed my mind and opted for a moscow mule cocktail. The waitress told me she's going to check if the bartender is able to do it, which felt a bit off. Anyway, no word from the waitress re the moscow mule, she just went ahead and brought an aperol spritz - ok genuine mistake. First plate - bruschette - the olive oil with which they were soaked tasted awful, no real effort at choosing a REAL extra virgin olive oil, so much so that it almost ruined and overshadowed the taste of basil, tomatoes and bread. While we were having the first plate, we realised we needed more bruschette so we ordered an extra one. To no avail though, because it never made it to our table, yet we were going to be duly charged for it, had we not drawn attention to the waitress about this overcharge. Pizzas were very average. For dessert we opted for the cannolo siciliano, yes you read right, just ONE cannolo for the price of €10. I would've expected some candied fruit, just to emphasise the "siciliano" side, but no, they simply whipped up some cream on the side catering for those with a palate of a 5-year old. The ricotta inside? Nothing to...

We ordered online on miam miam. On the indicated time, the food hadn’t arrived and we called the restaurant. They forgot us because they were busy and asked if we were still interested in having the food prepared and delivered. We said yes. Half an hour later we asked what time they would arrive, they said the delivery guy was just leaving. Again one hour later, still no food. We live 10 minutes away… We called again and still the same answer, delivery guy left an hour ago. Some minutes, he finally arrived and argued that he could’t find the number of the house, although there is a big number on the letter box… They charged us more than the amount on the app. We finally ate but the food was not warm anymore and the pizza was kind of chewy. All in all we had the worst delivery experience in our life, we felt disrespected...
