I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Pizzeria Bivio, and I was very impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the pizza prosciutto and the tomato soup, and both dishes were excellent.
The pizza prosciutto was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings. The prosciutto was flavorful and high-quality, and the cheese was melted and gooey. The tomato soup was also very good. It was thick and creamy, with a rich tomato flavor.
The only disappointment was the Caesar salad, which was too greasy. The dressing was too thick and heavy, and the croutons were too oily. However, the rest of the meal was so good that I would definitely recommend Restaurant Pizzeria Bivio to others.

Read moreThis is seriously the best restaurant within 20 Kms. The restaurant is very picturesque with wooden floors and sand stone walls and well decorated. The staff were welcoming even if the restaurant was packed full (which is a great sign). The pizzas and pasta were great, my kids enjoyed them and I had the Irish Angus beef which was one of the best I had in a long time. Selection of wines was good and prices were reasonable. Deserts were all fresh and very tasty. The terrace in summer is apparently one of the nicest so I’m looking forward to try it out.
