KAMI — Restaurant in Troisvierges

We arrived for a table that was booked at 8pm. The man that greeted us simply looked at us and walked off. Another man came along and blanked us, and continued to serve the woman who walked in after us. We then told him we had a table booked and showed us to our table in a very unenthusiastic manner. We then sat at the table for over 15 minutes without a being acknowledged by the waitress at all. She then finally brought menus and continued to ignore us for a further 25 minutes. By 8.40 we were still sitting at the table when the waitress finally came over to take our order. She then noticed new people had walked in for a table and and simply walked off and sent the original man who had been really unenthusiastic. We expressed our frustration at waiting so long to even order so much as a drink and he merely shrugged his shoulder and smirked. Absolutely terrible service!!! Unexpectedly good Japanese restaurant in such a location. Dishes were really delicious and their presentation was nice. I can say it was the best sushi I’ve ever had. But: service was too slow and a little bit unprofessional; communication was difficult.
