I took the tasting menu at Sensa and found it to be a thoughtfully crafted journey, especially when paired with their wines. The highlights were the dumpling dish and the fish - both felt like elevated comfort food done right. The Southeast Asian flavors are bold and distinctive; they really make each dish pop. The food on its own is quite intense, but the wine pairings brought perfect balance to each course.
Despite some concerns from previous reviews, the service was fantastic. The staff was attentive, spoke excellent English, and showed great care in accommodating our preferences. They really elevated the overall experience.

We sat outside, with the setting summer sun it became extra atmospheric. The three of us had the four course tasting menu with wine pairing, fabulous flavours and great wines. The desert was missing a paired wine, we 'only' got wines with the first three courses. Service was good too, although also a bit chaotic, we were served by I think five different people..but they worked hard and gave us a top evening. Definitely a fabulous place...
