Kami order 1 iced chocolate, 1 thai pasta, 2 mac & cheese, 1 carbonara pasta.

Iced chocolate & mac & cheese memang sedap. Confirm datang balik kalau rasa nak makan the food.

Thai pasta, definitely lain dari yang lain. Jarang rasa macam ni. Sedap. But we couldnt pinpoint kat mana rasa Thai dia tu.

Carbonara pasta, or more like afredo pasta sebab very saucy and less cheesy. A bit tawar so we need the cook to add 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of pepper to season it well.

Service; lambat hantar iced chocolate. Crews are okay and polite. Terima payment thru QR pay.

Pricing ; reasonable and portion is mengenyangkan.

TOTAL PRICE : RM60.

So, overall kami bagi 4 bintang.

Our recommendations :

1. You guys should try the mac & cheese. Heavenly taste. Iced chocolate, taste velvety or chocolatey.

2. Thai pasta, if they could turn it into seafood by adding mussel, some squids or shrimp, it will turn around the taste from okay2 to awesome. Harga lebih sikit pun tak apa sebab sesuai dengan ingeredients yang digunakan untuk pasta.

3. Carbonara pasta tu should be renamed to Alfredo pasta. Kalau nak maintain guna carbonara, should stick to the original recipe of carbonara (eggs and pecorino cheese (parmesan cheese pun dah boleh jadi substitute)). Or else, creamy pasta pun dah awesome dah. Put a bit extra parmesan cheese to make it creamier. Add nutmeg and chicken cube to bring out the flavor....

Bluum RC @ Taman Melawati RC as in Roadside Cafe .

As frequent weekly traveller to Taman Melawati , Ive always seen cars blocking my road at this stall , stopping on the left for pick ups , ordering . So I decided to try it . I asked for less spaghetti for my Beef Bolognese Spaghetti. I just wanna try how good they are for them to get the rave reviews of 4.7 ⭐️ .

For starter the stall is clean , equipments are clean .Surroundings are clean .And .... Well the cappuccino was as good as any store bought coffee in the malls . The spaghetti was surprisingly good , above average compared to some weaker restaurants in the malls .

This is good . Run by a few young hardworking Malay entrepreneurs, they are very friendly & enterprising while they drowned u into the charms of their good food , good coffee , good vibes , good music ..... No wonder cars were parking along the roadside just to order & eat in their cars or for take aways .

I seriously think this is the best contender among the roadside stalls or food trucks...

The creamy thai spaghetti was well executed, the pasta wasn't squishy or over cooked, got a little bit of a bite to it, the sauce was delicious but a little bit on the sweet side, maybe it would taste even better if they could reduce sweetness.

The other dish i had was the Creamy "Carbonara", although it was a great and beautifully seasoned, I'm not sure it qualifies as a carbonara, as it contains cream and mushrooms in it, real carbonara only use, pepper, eggs, pecorino romano and fat from protein originally Guanciale (cured pork cheek) but I use beef fat to keep it halal. So i wouldn't exactly call it Carbonara, nonetheless, it was a very flavourful and creamy dish. Great Job

Both dishes were well portioned, not too much and not too little, worth the price.

The Macadamia Flavored Latte was unique, it was awesome and well balanced not too sweet and not too bland, just nice. Same goes to the Iced Chocolate. Overall, it was a great roadside dining experience, definitely will return soon and highly...
