The food was ok, but the service left a lot to be desired. Indoor network coverage was poor, so we asked for the WiFi — only to be told it was “for KL staff only.” Because of the bad connection, our food app orders kept failing, resulting in duplicate orders. Even after checking with the counter staff, we were told there were no issues. However, the kitchen ended up producing double the food, and we were forced to pack 7–8 extra main dishes.

There was no initiative from the staff to flag that a group of 15 ordering 23 mains plus sides might indicate a problem. We had to pay for all the extras, and instead of a proper apology, we got excuses and blame-shifting.

The staff working there were unfriendly and inhospitable. We came in wet on a rainy day and they did not even acknowledge our presence. We requested for a table of 6 and was then asked where do we prefer to sit. All the tables there were set up for 4 pax seating, hence we requested to sit at a corner. They did not bring us to our table nor did they tried to arrange the table for a 6 pax sitting. The other staff were uninterested with us and did not even attempt to move away from their spot to help set the table. Today me and my small family just came here .. Actually kitorang selalu makan sini every month because we always hunting for their wantan mee dan mee soto . The waitress usually will give you optional either bihun or mee kuning to choose for the wantan mee and for the drinks we choose teh tarik and sirap bandung. Usually we will get the drinks very tasteless and not sweet enough but today we get the order's right 🥰 no need to ask the staff to add on sugar , also one of your staff a girl who's taller than the other was very helpful and friendly towards us.
