I came here around 1 PM today. I understand it can get busy during lunch hour, but please don’t leave customer waiting at the counter without any communication. Me and friend were the only one queuing at that time. The staff at the counter, Supi, kept going back and forth between the counter and the back (coffee machine area) to check on previous orders several times. I waited patiently, but there was no acknowledgment, no eye contact, and no simple request to wait for a moment. It’s basic customer service to at least inform customers if there are pending orders before taking new ones. A simple “please wait a moment” would’ve made a big difference. Notice some note on my paper bag asking ne to write some review about gigi coffee. Overal everything taste good i love my chocolate danish it kinda looks like it just got out from the oven. Love my buttercream latte, i ask for the ice to be separated from the latte and they understood the instructions so well !! It really makes my day and im gladly going to purchase from you guys again...
