KRABI SEAFOOD(BANDAR DATO ONN) — Restaurant in Bandar Dato' Onn

Came on a weekend, and as expected it was super busy. They have quite a number of staff working on that day, however the management was quite lacking. Food came late, which we were noted beforehand.. we didnt comment much about it. Came for family dinner + birthday celebration. We had to request then twice to bring out the cake. They didnt have the decency to clear up our table 1st, or provide any plates for it, or light up the cake before hand. They did however play the birthday song (which i initially said no to since it was a hassle for them obviously), but they played it anyway, TQ. The place itself is like hipster happening vibe. Food overall is delicious, especially the fish and octopus and tomyam. The prawn was cold on arrival, which is quite disappointing. Parking is free all around the premis. Overall I would not recommend to come on weekend, and to book your seating & meals before coming here. If you had the patience, you will enjoy the dining...

honestly the worst service ever…

we went to their restaurant at 3pm but they told us it opened at 4pm and that we could sit and wait inside. they gave us the menu and we waited till the time stated it would open.

so at 4pm we asked them, if we could order now but nothing was ready. they haven’t even cooked the rice and they said all the ingredients haven’t arrive.

we asked them “oyster pun takde eh” and she replied confidently saying “yes ade”. we then ordered 2 sets of that. we waited another 30mins but when we asked them, “oyster kita mana kak?” she said rudely that they don’t have the ingredients therefore they cannot make anything.

honestly this is worst service i’ve ever received. the previous time we went, we ordered the food at 7pm and it only came at 845pm. the food is not bad but the service is horrible. if u guys are willing to wait 1.5 - 2 hrs for ur food then go ahead but if not, it’s...

This is one of those places that get mixed reviews. From those who hate it (single star) to those who love it (5 stars). So we decided to try it for ourselves. We had salted egg squid, tom yam campur and kailan goreng biasa, plus watermelon juice for drinks. Food arrived after 25 min, which isn't bad considering there were many patrons that night. I would consider the portions as small compared to other Thai or Kelantanese restaurants, hence this translate to the feeling of being pricier. But taste wise, all the food are not too bad.
