Edited review. Went here on 20.02.2020 the viral promo. I am actully amazed with the staffs during this day. All staffs are amazing! I am very sure it is an extra hectic day today since the crowd had been lining up to buy the KFC crazy promo item today.

All staffs are giving their best smile, giving their best services. Still manage to fullfil customers special requests without fail i.e i requested for extra ice for my beverage. They do it without fail. (i saw their services abt 30 minutes while lining up near to the counter)

All staffs are hardworking during my presents there.

i've recently went there for a farewell party of a member of my team, it was such on a short notice, we were more than 20 in numbers but still the staff are able to get our orders ready in time and the quality of our orders is more than satisfying. The supervisor that i talk to when i was booking tables was so nice. He managed to make our orders smoothly with his team efficiently....

The Bandar Sierra KFC staff does not really suggest the menu neither the offers of the day or weeks. They just stay rather quiet and not very helpful. It's the only fast food in telipok to mengatal area, next would be a bit far. A very busy area on weekend, rather calm or weekdays. Food taste are regular, and oily Food quality 4 star Cleanliness 4 star Staff friendliness 4...
