Service can be improved especially the drive thru section, understandably, some of your staff are new, there were some kind of glitches during order moments also your first screen is blur,do something about it, but the positive things are the smiles and friendly treatment by all your staff was indeed great even though we have to wait little bit longer both our time to order and orders.

I order via shopee food but dissapointed because of their customer service via online order delivery . The worst Mcdonald outlet, I would say. I always order my food via grab, and my coffee will always be half spilled. They also tend to miss instructions and send out incomplete orders. Other outlets will always place double lids on cups to prevent spillage. But this outlet's worker seems to be not bothered at all.
