Bad service. Just went here today and ordered some drinks with my sister. I just know that the drinks can only pay by cash so I had to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw some cash as me & my sister are both cashless. Already ordered the drinks and told one of the waiter that I’m going to withdraw some cash, but just a few minutes after I left, my sister texted me that there’s a few of them(waiter& waitress) waiting infront of the table. One of them holding a walkie talkie said that we haven’t pay. They act as if we won’t pay. Hello ? That is why my sister waited there and I went alone to the ATM, to let them know that we never run from paying the drinks. Never experienced this kind of situation in other premier before. Had a lunch here, and went to the toilet.didn’t know it was clogged cause there’s no sign saying it was clogged. While i was in there, the waiters & waitresses making inappropriate sounds like fake puking sound and said rude words. This is my second time here. Once during weekend (Sunday morning) another on weekday afternoon. So far all is good, the service and food. A bit crowded during the weekend but weekdays is okay. I’ve tried the Kueh chap and also Dayak food. Sedap! My fam tried the pizza, China food as well as economy rice. So far no complains from them. Would come back to try...
