I should’ve listened to the google reviews about this place. The bad ones. Because i know the good ones, are because they have this policy u leave a good review on google, u get a free drink. Oh honey, i’m not that cheap.. this is gonna be my first and last time coming to the place. Where do i start? Your staff name santi? (Not cecille ya) HER
can u guys like ajar dia sikit manner
What was the hentak2 makanan animals infront of my face about? If i ask questions as a customer and doesnt matter if its a alot of questions, IT IS HER FREAKIN JOB TO ANSWER THEM right?? Do u think its cool when she smirks and naikkan suara if u ask which type of dry food is for which type of animals? I was being curious as a customer and i got attitude from her?! The place is basically empty on a saturday afternoon and we were the only ones there (no wonder the bad google reviews makes sense) do i want your free drink?? HELL TO NO! You think u can boost ur business by doing ads on ig, then forcing people to give good reviews on google by fishing out canned drinks? BUT not fixing the real root of the problem?? Which is FIXING your own staff??? Please lah.. you guys lose money as it is because of staffs problem. The entrance is already 25rm per person, and to just pet a few animals in a small room
and u have staffs with bad attitude bringing u around the small room.. there goes my saturday. Ruined! Santi, u wait ah. U think u can belittle me like that?? U just wait ah. I make sure the police raid ur house ah...

I had been to so many pet cafe/zoo in Malaysia. This is one of the best I ever been and it is the only one in Sabah that has Raccoons and u can even sit together with them, pet and feed them. The raccoons even allow me to hug them when they first came here đŸ„°. N during my second visit today, the owner upgraded the section and put in a large cat tree. They are so happy climbing up and down, the most cutest part they will sniff u around n let u pet them. They love eating from our hands too. The prairie dogs are so friendly, one named Lele directly came to my lap for a warmth cuddle. The meerkats are active n mischievous as usual. The gecko in reptile section stay on my hand so long n enjoy light petting on his head. We also had fun at Chinchilla section , those fluff balls are just so cute, they are accustomed with ppl feeding them with hands. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable about animals. Miss Michelle did a very good job introducing and explaining to us. There is a special cashier name Charles who is autistic and did a very great job taking down orders and even personally made orange juice for us. There are four different sections: Chinchilla n Call duck section, Reptiles section, Hamsters n hedgehogs section and Exotic pet section. Price is reasonable which is only Rm 25/pax n u can get to see all sections. I kinda miss the farm where there are horses, huskies, owl n frogs. Hopefully it will be...

Not busy but yet bad service were given. we chose our own place and saw the QR to order food, so we did. Haven’t place the order yet cause there’s others needed to think what to order.

so while waiting were thinking to bring one of the child in. But were stopped cause order must be place then can go in. The staff in the counter said “ order must be placed and paid baru boleh masuk”

Alright, logically juga bayar baru boleh masuk. faham juga.

so we placed the order first which were only RM33++ for 3 juices. as for the food, let others to pick dulu, belum pikir apa to eat lagi.

then time mau masuk, kena stop lagi. baru dia cakap RM15 per person masuk, dont care children or adult. BAHHH

my friend were there to order other food so her child can masuk. as for the first receipt is RM33 right? 2 person can masuk right? so i was heading in with a child. kena stop lagi?! for what ??? the lady in the counter cakap “ mau kumpul”

kumpul apa lagi? ada sudah i bring satu duluan la masuk
. others after masuk ok juga. depend on the receipt ja la.

then after bringing the kids masuk, my friend in the counter mention the lady very biadap. muka dia bau konon. what for?

instructions were not given when we came in, then ikut sudah apa ko mo then ? mau lagi muka bau? apa la ni?

.. bad. just bad service

other than that, the place is nice, clean and comfortable for families with...

I feel like the reviews are a bit too harsh on Mark Baba, the cafe was supervise by 1 person only and he was very talkative and friendly. The price is just a normal Cafe pricing , around RM10-30 Range but im sure the spotlights are on the animals. Since they were exotic animals you cant really complain much why theyre not roaming free. Overall experience was nice and enjoying, a nice place to chill and talk to your friends experience the cute animals You cant really complain about your drinks/food being late as i mention the food was just made from the cafe beside and drinks were made by the cafe cashier , and it is a small cafe , very far place but nearby to the Pets Sanctuary so i think its a nice location for both spots. oh but for sure u can complain about the parking space as it is very limited up to 3-5 cars. but as i mention it is a small cafe in a small corner.

Must-Visit Experience – 100% Worth It! đŸŸâœš You pay just a fraction of the zoo price, but here you actually get to see, touch, and even hold the animals you’d normally only watch from afar in a zoo. Prairie dogs, meerkats, ball pythons, chinchillas—it’s amazing! They’ve won lots of awards for letting kids interact with the animals, and it’s easy to see why. Personally, I loved the snake the most 🐍—the staff shared so much interesting info about them. And of course, the highlight is the capybara! He’s currently alone since the female passed away, but the staff told me another one will be arriving soon, so make sure you visit. And if you think the tickets are a bit pricey, just remember: those fees go into maintaining and caring for the animals. Totally worth it. 💯

Charles the autistic receptionist was really accomodating and friendly, had no issue paying to get 6 kids and 4 adults in, the caretaker was really knowledgable on all the creatures we visited, however understandable they do get annoyed when the kids was too excited around the animals as they care for them. Its like a mini zoo with prairie dogs, chincilla, racoon, capybara(male) female died đŸ„Č, cats, turtle, rabbits, snakes, blue tongue skinks, gecko. I recommend kids to visit
