NGIU CHAP LOVER, ASSEMBLE!
Was craving for soupy menu during this wet and cold weather, so I decided to have a go at their Taiwan-style ngiuchap.
Soup base is different from those as ngiuchap menggatal- their signature soup is thick and heavy(and can be high-blood inducing 😂). Wen Fang's more like bak kut teh, soup is light but still nice and tasty. Their toppings include daging manis, daging masak, perut, white radish chunk and meatballs(meatballs are great, you can definitely taste the meat).
There's no choice of portion size, only standard bowl. Price per bowl is between RM10-11, if kaliau price is RM13/bowl. Ngiuchap is among their best selling menu, so be sure to come early before 11-12am to avoid disappointment.
They open everyday until 2.30PM approx, except on every Wednesday of the 2nd and 3rd week each month.
Payment method is by cash or DuitNow QR, not sure...
