The wait for our meal was unusually long, especially considering there were only two or three occupied tables, including ours. The curry fish head we ordered was spoiled, rendering it inedible. The vegetables were noticeably not fresh, lacking the crispness and flavor expected from quality produce. Additionally, the salted crispy pork ribs (盐酥排骨) were over-fried and excessively salty, making them difficult to enjoy. Overall, the experience was far below expectations due to both the long wait time and the poor quality of the food.
