海景宴宾楼 Grand Sea View Restaurant — Restaurant in Johor

Location is pretty far away for a non-local. But it is quite easy to find. Just opposite the Chinese high school of Batu pahat. But very unfortunately the parking space is all taken. I have to park quite far away and walk to the hall. Wondering why the parking space is so limited and yet the hall is build so big.

I will be comment about the wedding dinner as I believe this grand hall is built for functions.

The service is very slow. Sitting inside like 20mins and nobody serving drinks. I have to call them for serving the drink. But after I finish still nobody come and refill the drinks.

The environment is okay. It is quite big though.

The food is the reason I'm not giving one star.

Very grand place that is suitable for holding grand weddings. Huge ballroom that can be partitioned to fit different groups at the same time. There is a large stage in the front of the ballroom as well.

One bad thing is that smokers congregate outside and inside the toilet (inside the ballroom), which stinks up your clothes and hair when you pass by.

Large parking space available. The Deep fried Iberico pork ribs...

One of the grand restaurants which has the ambience of grandeur. Good variety of menus to choose from. The signature dish Kong Bak Pau is superb in texture and tasty.Though it is served normally as the second last dish, you won't want to miss eating this serving. The workforce is superb in handling the crowd especially in the mass wedding functions, courteous too. Clean toilets and plenty of car parking...
