My recent dining experience at Cawan Mas in TD Point, Taman Daya, left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. The ambiance of Cawan Mas was inviting and cozy, with a tasteful blend of traditional and modern decor.
The highlight of the dining experience at Cawan Mas was undoubtedly the food. The menu showcased a delightful array of Malaysian cuisine, featuring both classic favorites and unique regional specialties. I opted for the Mee Hoon Kueh, and it was a burst of flavors on my palate. The noodle was perfectly complemented by the soup, and the accompanying fee sliced of chilli provided just the right amount flavour.
My dining companions also thoroughly enjoyed their selections.
The service at Cawan Mas was commendable, with attentive and friendly staff members who were more than willing to help. Our orders arrived promptly, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the reasonable pricing at Cawan Mas. Considering the quality of the food and the portions served, the prices were quite fair, making it an excellent value for money.
In conclusion, Cawan Mas at TD Point, Taman Daya, is a hidden gem that offers an authentic taste of Malaysian cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor, this restaurant is well worth a visit if you crave flavorsome dishes that leave a lasting impression. Read moreFood is pretty good. Didn't take photos of all the good we had here.
Toast is a tad bit pricey but decent but nothing to shout about.
The food generally is pretty good.
For instance the Ayam Goreng Berempah I itially looked really dry from first look actually was succulent on the inside. Pity the portion is a tad bit small if you are a big eater I guess.
Food portion is pretty small for us that's why I only gave it a 3 star rating.
Waffles are pretty ok as well comparing to some other boutique cafes. It isn't the best but at least it isn't dry. Crisp on the outside. A tad bit too thin which likely explains why the inside of the waffle isn't as soft but it isn't hard. So I'd say it's decent.
We had seafood tomyum. Ingredient were really pathetic and totally not worth the price. But the taste of the tomyum was well balanced.
Pasta is ok and portions are really tiny. But maybe because we are such big eaters I guess.
Drinks are pretty good but for some the quantity can be too little.
Overall a nice place to try a varied array of food which will please everyone and good enough for...
Read moreThis place is good for afternoon tea break and come with family. Spacious with air con, plenty of free parking. Quite a variety of food option. Order Lor Mee and Cendol cos I didn't have lunch earlier. The noodles for Lor Mee is handmade noodles 👍 not the yellow noodles from factory 🙅 Cendol is not too sweet 👍 except that the ice is not fine enough, hence a bit rough. Overall experience here...
