Cheese U - Kluang Indah — Restaurant in Johor

Went to this restaurant over the weekday with a few of my friends.. So we ordered some dishes and one of them was their XL Combo Platter which included wedges, mushrooms, fish ball, tauhu,popcorn chicken .. When they served the platter there was no mushroom.. When asked why, they answered that the mushroom already ran out and they replaced it with other ingredients.. But, since this franchise is available in Kluang town the same platter offered a better portion for the price of RM18 (same as this restaurant) which is same as this restaurant..My question to this restaurant would be if an ingredient ran out why can't u inform your staffs to inform customers.. Secondly, why is the same franchise in the same town offering different portion.. So please fix this matter and practice the habit of informing customers if there is a lack of something in the menu..Uncle dons better...

Nice cafe, has Good vibe and feel like high end cafe, but the waitress services is not compatible with the ambience as I feel like I'm ordering food at mamak when I speak with the waitress. No welcoming greeting when I come in. I order the food online coz the waitress said got discount, but most item on the paper menu is not available on the online menu. The food taste is so-so and is serve in big plate, but the drink is nice. Not sure about the portion though. Dessert also nice. Overall just ok, but the price is not compatible with the service. Food was ok but LOUSY service .. they mixed up our orders so badly .. people who came earlier got our food and we got later .. EVEN AFTER we kept reminding them they kept sending it wrongly .. till they sent us same dish twice .. disappointed.. waiters need to be trained to send food to the correct table as others who came later will accept as long the dish is the same .. dumb and idiotic service ..
