Okay first of all, the food is ok/avg. But the service was really bad. We order the CNY package on 除夕 and we came first and ordered first, but were served last. Not just that, the one who served us also didn't do the speech for lo hei, she was an old lady and just put everything in the plate and left. I was like: "wth can u not hear what other table's servers say or sth?" ... And idk how bad luck we were, found out that there was cockroach in our teapot 🥵🤤🤤🤤

Had hakka food at this restaurant for lunch with a day tour group. First time trying the thunder tea rice where the vegetables and shredded beancurd were harmoniously mixed w rice. But the tea is quite plain so I didn't add it in. The yellow rice wine chicken is fragrant and not overpowering so everyone at my table wanted a second helping of the essence. 非常失望的一次用餐体验，尤其是在母亲节这样的重要日子。

我们一家人，满心期待，但等菜居然等了一个多小时，期间不断催促，服务员只会敷衍回应。最让人生气的是，最后一道菜居然送到别桌。

整个用餐过程超过两个小时，母亲节本该是温馨开心的一天，却因为这家餐厅搞得我们吃了一肚子气。

环境一般，服务混乱，完全没有节假日应有的应对能力，不会再来了，也不推荐朋友来

We had high hopes when we chose this restaurant for a special family meal, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. We waited over an hour for our food, and even after repeatedly asking, the service was slow and disorganized. To make things worse, the last dish was mistakenly served to another table.

We ended up spending more than two frustrating hours at the restaurant, and instead of enjoying a warm, joyful Mother’s Day, we left feeling upset and exhausted.

Mediocre environment, chaotic service, and poor handling of holiday crowds. Definitely won’t be coming back and would not recommend this...
