Worst attitude and service I’ve ever experienced in Malaysia. All waiters and waitresses always show an impatient face. The shopkeeper, who is a mid-aged Chinese woman, was so rude and snobbish that she only cared about those customers who came in a group. She purposely kept me (a single customer) waiting for a long time and let a few guys jump the queue. When I paid the bill, she passed me the change without even looking at me!!! How can anyone treat guests like that??? This is so unacceptable. If she doesn’t like single customer, why doesn’t she just put a sign at the entrance saying single customers are not welcome so I’d never have to experience all of this nonsense??? Bad service! They ask to pay at counter is fine, but nobody serve at counter. I wait and request action fast because I'm rushing for flight schedule but nobody bother. They still sit down and writing customer order slowly then just come to "entertaint" me. No any sorry no any smile no any thank you after receive my money. Worker said manpower shortage.This is your own problem not my problem. If manpower shortage then you should do your job faster but not in relaxing mode. Visited this restaurant on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, and I'm so glad we did! We stopped by for dinner before my flight back to KL. The lady boss noticed we were heading to the airport and asked about our departure time. Despite looking a bit stern, she was actually very accommodating.
