We were a group of 24 golfers traveling to Kuantan to play golf. We needed some where convenient to have breakfast. To go into Segamat town to have breakfast would take too long. Seetha Amma Restaurant is situated near the main road we are travelling, near Buluh Kasap. We pre arranged with Mr Gopal, the owner of the family restaurant so that we can come for breakfast at 830am, arriving by private coach. The very friendly and helpfull daughter, the Captain, handled the arrangement. On the sunny morning we arrived on time and we were ushered upstairs which was already cooled down by AC. The much needed toilets were clean. We were promptly served tosai (large fuffy ones which were kept warm), dhal and chutney, mutton and chicken curries and teh tarik. It was a welcoming, stomach warming and hearty meal. We paid RM15 each. When we had our fill and it's time to leave, the the family ,including the mother, came out to thank us and say goodbye.
