Starbucks Petronas Bayu Senibong DT — Restaurant in Johor

This is by far the worst experience I have ever been to Starbucks. I had purchased for the b1f1 voucher through Lazada app last few weeks and I redeemed it here. At first, the staff is lack of knowing with cashiering, when I told him I want to redeem my voucher, he was asking me "macam mana scan?" , but shortly his colleague came helped him. Secondly, he really need a well training about to make a drink. I ordered 2 Venti Dark Mocha Frap, both with cream. He confirm again with me to add whipped cream while he had done 1cup which is without the cream. After that, he had re-do again for my order. Finally, I received my order but it is not as the usual drink that I order from Starbucks. The chocolate chips were gone, I don't think the Dark Mocha Frappucino would be without chocolate chips. I visited this Starbucks today (Thursday), when there was a promotion — every drink should be RM10 if the customer is wearing green. I was wearing a Christmas-tree green jacket when I ordered, but the Malay girl at the counter did not apply the promotion. Instead, she charged me the original price and even questioned me, saying, “Oh really, are you wearing green? Not sure if that’s green or what.”

This is very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Promotions should be applied fairly, without making customers feel embarrassed or doubted.

I am also a frequent customer of this Starbucks, but every time I encounter this Malay girl staff, her service is disappointing. I hope the management will take this seriously and provide one-on-one training for this staff to improve her service, manners, and...
