Sushi King AEON Bandar Dato' Onn — Restaurant in Johor

I wouldn’t recommend this outlet. Not because the staff are bad. In fact, I feel they’re putting in a lot of effort. Is just the quality of ingredients they are given to work with as well as the fact that the front counter is working as the cooks is disastrous.

Whoever is managing this restaurant, pls look into re arranging ur manpower. And pls look into the food quality. Unagi tastes good but feels a little rubbery. Also why does the lava cake have no lava??? Theres literally no molten chocolate in the center even after it is heated up fully. This has nth to do with the staff hard at work. Very Disappointed with the Experience

I had a really disappointing visit to Sushi King at AEON Dato Onn. I sat down, finished all my food, and my drink still hadn’t arrived. I asked a staff member for warm water — they went to the kitchen, came back, and told me I had to place the order on the tablet. Why didn’t anyone say that earlier?

When my drink finally came (a Milo Dinosaur), there was no straw. How am I supposed to drink it? It’s not even something you can easily sip without one.

On top of that, the sushi didn’t taste fresh and didn’t feel like proper sushi at all. I’ve eaten at other Sushi King branches and never had this kind of experience. Really expected better — not coming back...

The food presentation and taste were excellent, and every dish we ordered was served promptly and tasted amazing. The calm and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

What impressed me most was the outstanding service from all the staff – so warm, pleasant, and attentive. A special thanks to Lola for making my birthday extra memorable with a thoughtful celebration and a lovely dessert. Such a sweet gesture truly touched my heart.
