At the exact time at 10 pm, I went there with my mom (NorLiza). As a witnessed, I agreed with her statement about how truly unfair their services towards us. When we wanted to order some drinks, they told us that they only had tea & juice and they were about to close (at that time I knew that they only let us pick that because it's more faster to make) which is not what my mom wants at first but I don't mind and she still decided to order hazelnut tea and mango juice. Then, other customer went in with a so called friendly attitude (I'm not being sarcastic but please have some manners) they said something like "please give me the best drink". Suddenly the other staff said the different things, which they had coffee and decided to recommended it to them (because it's their friend)/lol. Me and my mom was left speechless, and of course my mom asked the staff, "Why do they have the option and we don't?". And they answered "I don't know, he said that we don't have it and we have to close". I'm afraid that I might look at tealive staffs all the same now. Please treat your customers equally to avoid misunderstanding, I don't know why do you have the urge to make my mom felt that way (Including me). I don't want to fuss about this stuff anymore but just to let you know, if you want to be treated nicely, I don't recommend you to come here. I'm not satisfied at all with tealive after witnessing this. Yes, of course don't take those negative seriously but take it as a lesson to do better. I mean, everyone know when we done something we get something in return. Don't you ever feel remorse? I came in a good way, wait for the service to take the order already almost 5 minutes but Im still okay because I understand that many orders may come in. Then I ordered spanish latte and asked for less sweet then staff said couldnt be less sweet because it used condensed milk but like before i order spanish latte , other staff say okay je then I asking to reduce condensed milk can?
