Kebun Puisi — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

This is my first time coming to this cafe and I came when it was crowded. The way to find this cafe is quite difficult because the intersection is quite small. It may be necessary to add a signboard to the intersection.

Atmosphere in the cafe: The cafe has a peaceful atmosphere and provides quite a lot of places for customers to sit. They also spread mats for customers to sit and eat there(Kampung vibes). It's just that there aren't enough covered places to eat, so if you want to come, don't come when it's raining.

Food in the cafe: To be honest, the food they serve is average only and and maybe 70% of it was due to the condition of the food I received.

Service at the cafe: The service I received when purchasing food was quite satisfactory. However, I had to wait more than an hour to receive the food I ordered. Only water that is ordered can be delivered quickly, i.e. within 5-15 minutes. For the food while I was waiting after 1 hour, I had to inform the cashier who took my order to cancel the order but she apologized and promised to send it in 10-15 minutes and yeah I received all the food that I ordered. However, all the food that I just got was cold. Hahaha... Maybe they they just left my food at the kitchen for 30 minutes before sending it to me.

Just to let you know, I decided to cancel the order because I also heard that there was an employee there telling other customers that there were customers who ordered from 9 am and only received their food after 11 am (2 hours).

So yup, if you want to come to this place maybe make sure it is not crowded. If it is crowded maybe go eat to other place first, if you still want to try and eat at this place. Haha...

Opening hours: Friday 3pm-10pm Saturday...

Went to this place for breakfast. For starters, this is an open space cafe so not a good place if there is rain. Second, Their order system need to upgrade because the seating for the customers are scattered around the cafe ,the layout of the cafe is huge and sometimes you can't heard when your name are called over to receive your food. So I suggest they have a buzzer pager system thing since they can give the buzzer to the customer after ordering their food and only trigger the buzzer of their order is ready. And also improve this order system as well because I saw it firsthand how the server looking for the customer

For the food, Roti puisi ( the roti telur goyang), their plate is really small because as you know, the egg will spill over the bread so I suggest their change the plate into a bigger one. Their nasi lemak is okay so far.

For the drink, their Kopi Terbahagia, suit for the one that have sweet tooth due to the creamy, sweet bitter drink. For Kopi Surat Cinta, it's their Spanish Latte drink ver, it's more to...

I only give 1 star for the village vibe. Thats it.

Open space area: not recommended if you want to come here when its raining/sunny. Please bring mosquito repellent spray. They aren’t providing anything. sitting area very limited. Also to mention, when there are no place to eat, they prepare 3-4 mat for others can sit and eat. Not ideal for people who have back / leg problems.

Servicing: at counter its alright. But waiting duration for foods, nasi lemak + lempeng + roti bakar, more than an hour of waiting! Even that, they sent it one by one! And we had to asked them where’s our foods! And their response everytime i asked, wait we checking in the system. A simple roti bakar (toasted) took 1 hr 30mins! Crazy

Meals: The food taste very average especially a kampung vibes.

Prices: not worthy any of it. Quite expensive for kampung vibes. A total of RM50 for 3 people meals. Non sense.

Hope the customer service look into these issues, and improve.
