KFC — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

I would like share about bad experience how shift manager treat my husband, As normal my husband order in machine and approach to counter to inform we don’t want drumstick and wings, but the the Malay shift manager treat him very rude and told just wait until we pack, wait at aside Then my husband say I want tell only because the no option to choose in machine so he approach counter. Then the manager start behave disrespectful. Lastly he back home and checked the item still he give us wings and also should be give one whipped potato and one coleslaw but I check we get 2 whipped potato. We are order as take away, can’t check that time all the time at there We believe on staff and buy but some staff behaviour like this As customer they treat us like this We are not take any...

The environment not clean - so many flies They are practising “self orientated service “ - we dnt mind to clean our table after we eat, but make Sure u dnt apply service charge !!!! Feel not safe - with your body builder @ bouncer @ Cleaner (whatever) - this foreign guy standing and looking at the customers like he wanted to punch all. Who give the rights to your staff to stare at customers while we are eating? He even use unpleasant tone to the customers to ask them clean their table . He is very RUDE !!!! (We clean our table by our own !!!)

I Hope #kfcmalaysia look into this matter . Otherwise you guys going to close this...

Went here for quick bite, turns out the place has been improved. They've added few more workers, the orders aren't as sloppy as before, quicker, and they decorated the place.

They even added digital ordering kiosk which is nice.

Im starting to like this place again. Perhaps the following has been improved as well, but I still keep it in the list.
