This is my sincere review as a first-time customer at Farhanah Catering. There were no price tags displayed at all. Customers only find out the price of the food after paying the charges. In my opinion, the food here is quite expensive, considering the shop's location in a remote area.
I would rate grilled chicken Nasi Kerabu 6/10. Grilled chicken looked like frozen chicken that had just been briefly grilled, with no smoky flavor, and it was served cold. Whereas Roti Jala set tasted so-so. However, my daughter liked the Roti Titab.
One thing for sure, the price of the Nasi Kerabu is quite expensive—comparable to Nasi Kerabu prices in Cyberjaya. My biggest disappointment was the cold grilled chicken, as if it had just come out of the fridge. I was aware that this shop prepares fried/grilled chicken from frozen marinated chicken, but I didn’t expect the ‘grilled chicken’ to be in such a bad condition.
Be cautious—when I first came here, I was surprised that the shop wasn’t crowded with customers, which didn’t match the multiple influencer reviews on Facebook. You won’t see any price tags here....

Tomyam Sayur – 2/5 Tasted like something I could make at home. Not very palatable, unfortunately.
Nasi Goreng Udang Crispy – 3/5 The fried rice also reminded me of a homemade version (and I’m no professional cook). However, the crispy shrimp was super delicious. Definitely the highlight of this dish.
Soto – 5/5 Hands down the best soto I’ve ever had in my life. Not exaggerating. I would 100% order it again. Absolutely delicious.
Sirap Lychee – 4/5 A bit too sweet for my taste, but the lychee flavor was clear and there were three big juicy lychees inside.

Read more1st & last..xnk pegi dah duduk lebih 5mins tapi takda siapa datang ambil order order 2 set ikan talapia, 1 kuew teow tomyam, 1 set sosej upin-ipin & 2 sagu gula melaka lps 15mins order baru set sosej upi-ipin sampai 5mins lps sosej sampai, 1 set ikan talapia dgn kuew teow tomyam pun sampai. Peliknya mana 1 lagi set ikan talapia, bukan sepatutnya prepare sekali ke since all ingredients almost sama. Lps 10mins lagi baru laa 1 lagi set ikan talapia sampai. Yang kelakarnya, ikan talapia nye kecil betul compare dengan yang 1st tadi. Sampaikan wife dgn anak gelak sambil cakap 1 ikan mak 1 ikan anak. Hmmm.. dah selesai makan, sagu gula melaka tak sampai lagi. Bila panggil staff, dgn selambanya staff ckp sagu gula melaka dah abis. What the heck???? Slps hampir sejam order baru nk bgtau abis?? Tu pun lps panggil staff tanya, klu tak tanya langsung senyap..paling best no apologise no sorry at all.. masa kat kaunter cashier, kat tepi tu ada peti sejuk. Dlm tu ada puding, bila tanya tu puding ape, staff dia jawab tu puding gula melaka, sagu gula melaka dah habis. (Still no sorry)..belagak betul. I bgtau tadi I ade order sagu gula melaka tau, cashier pun ckp ok & bgtau total RM98.40. sbb sangsi, lps bayar guna QR, I asked for receipt. Sekali tgk dlm resit, ada lagi caj RM10 utk “puding gula melaka” which dia ckp dah habis sblm tu. patah balik bgtau cashier knp still ada caj, baru nk menggelabah check balik apa yg diorg caj. still no apology ya, dia ambil langkah mudah dgn guna taktik “encik nk refund ke atau nk amik puding tu dua?” Camtu tu je caranya..hmmm nasib check, klu tak dah korang untung RM10 kan? Makan laa korg duit haram kan? Ntah berapa org lagi la dah kena mcm ni. harga makanan mahal tp service tak berkualiti, service teruk, customer service skill out, staff mcm robot, ckp kayu...
