Zus Coffee - Ecohill, Semenyih — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

I’m having an unpleasant experience today at your EcoHill outlet.

I’ve been visiting this outlet quite frequently—this might even be my 8th to 10th visit just for this month.

Sounds a bit funny that I’m explaining all this, but I believe it’s important to share honest feedback.

Today I was a little upset. I usually order the same drink, but today I wanted to try something new. I clearly told the staff that I wanted it hot, and he nodded, acknowledging my request. But I was served a cold drink instead.

When I asked him about it, he casually said, “air ni memang ais.” Shouldn’t that have been mentioned earlier? At the very least, I expected some clarification or confirmation.

To make things worse, he didn’t even apologize. I’m not feeling well, and drinking something cold really isn’t ideal for...

Waited for almost 25 mins for just a cup of latte, even noticed ppl ordered later have their drinks ready. Went checking out with the staff and realised it was ALREADY READY on the counter. When I asked why the number wasn’t called, I have been waiting for so long. Then girl no.1 mentioned today there are too many orders, yes indeed I did notice that. But is this the valid reason to have missed out my number? It will be better if she could just sincerely apologise for missed out my number. But just as I grab the drink, the other girl no.2 says sorry politely to me before I left the store. If it was a sincere sorry at the very beginning, perhaps I won’t be writing here. Overall, services that I have received has been all the while pretty good from this store (except today) so still...

Where you are sure you can find Zus Coffee. Nowadays, seems coffee become a trend for all ages. AMERIKA gitu

Location: Semenyih Ecohill Parking: available Food / Product: coffee, cake, waffle, etc. Staff: OK Price: CEO coffee cheapest & the best. For me, plain coffee without sweets is always my choice. Seats/accommodation: can accommodate easily 50pax. No worry pretty sure you will get the seat. The most customer seems to be taken away instead of dining in. Amenities: toilet available Environment: chill & good for carrying out your work once you feel stressed...
