雨林轩 Rain Forest Cafe — Restaurant in Kedah

The food is very delicious but the service quite bad.. We already book the dishes and we on time and I told the staff can serve food but we waited around 35 minutes, the dishes only served. GOT AROUND 3 TABLE CUSTOMER IS LATE COME AND LATE ORDER THAN US, BUT ALL OF THEM IS EATING.

MOREOVER, THEY SERVE TOMYAM I A BIG POT, BUT NO GIVE THE BIG SPOON FOR US, HOW TO SEPERATE TO SMALL BOWL?

REQUEST 5 TIMES FROM THE SERVICE CREW, BUT NO ONE TAKE TO US.

Overall okay experience. We spent over RM300+ for our meal. One downside is the limited drink options available. As for the fish, the way it’s cooked depends entirely on the chef , you can’t really request your own preferred style, which was a bit disappointing. The road leading to the restaurant is quite far in and dark at night, so it’s not the easiest to access. Waited 2 hrs and they served 2 dish without giving us utensils / rice ??? And we waited for another 15-20 mins for another dish ??? We ordered 12 dish in total….so you could imagine how long it took.
