i have been there twice, environment i can say not bad. but when come to service and food, because of mercy, i put 2 stars. the food,...OWNER, you need to find a better cook and coffee brewer. when you see the menu all looks good. when you order ... "this one we don't have", so we ordered which have at that time anddd it worst...again because we cannot wasted food... we still eat but goshhh it horrible.

service, you have more then 1 people there. and very slow, unfriendly. Cant your staff put a smile or owner you arenot paying their salary well and they go against the customer.

OWNER you need to take a full responsibility, your visibility is required there, your food portion is small but your price is crazy skyrocket... however it not even reach to the standard which can call "not bad".

The shop is nice, good ambience & very cozy, the staff also friendly, all good. Just that the time when i came last week, food that i ordered was cancelled without mentioned. The food need to be paid first upon ordering at the counter, but the staff should have mentioned that the menu wasn’t available. It could be better if the staff told that the food isn’t available upon paying, so that I can order something else. Just my bad that I didn’t check the receipt and just wait for the food to come until everyone else already finished their food and after that I just realized my food isn’t written on the bill. As a regular customer, there are fews things you should know:

1. The food is hands down,the best taste. Why? The recipe is the key since they rnd the cooks before they put on a menu.

2. The drink are variety of choices. You want some latte? They have iced latte. Suitable for those coffee lovers can come here. Geezan Coffe also served other drink if you not into coffee. I can recommend Vanilla and Strawberry.

3. The atmosphere of the shop is peaceful. You can have a disccussion or dating🫣 and family dinner. They have an aircond. Clean? Trust me they very reputable and tidy.
