KFC — Restaurant in Kedah

9/1/2021 - It was not the first time here. But unfortunately for all the kfc outlets in SP, this maybe this always be the last one I choose to go to. Choose to leave a review now because really unsatisfied with the drive-thru experience. The person who took order doesn't sounds polite. There was only one car(me) there. And I was trying to order quite an amount of sets, one by one I mention my order but he seemed so impatient and kept asking that's all right... That's all... I repeat my order and he was like trying to brush me off. At the end I still didn't get parts that I ordered. Non of it correct. Such disappointed! KFC should acknowledge this and sent the workers for proper training.

2stars goes to the food. Still acceptable. But this is what a francaise...

I was order for RM118, 1 burger missing , 1 potato chip missing , Luckily i was check in the counter , otherwise gone , This is repeated

drive through stop , But no Notification, When come and ask , no employee, Now customer ask only say

WHAT HAPPEND TO KFC ? NO TOMATO AND CHILLI SAUCE ??? NO COSEFLOW ?? NOT ENOUGH DRINK ?? ANY ITEM ASK rm7:90 NO STOCK ??

Kfc still ask 6% for sale tax from customer , If the management really looking at this issue or just ignore , I'm Not sure , The review keep on drop , the most important , ALL the burgers i bought No vege and Cheese at all . Management Don't put your sit on the chair , COME and turun padang , Than you know what I'm to say

It looks very nice and cools from the road outside. Since it was scorching hot we decided to turn in for lunch. Plenty of parking. As we entered we noticed it was empty and we are the only customers. Also it was very warm. After our order, we enquired with the staff on the air conditioning inside the dining area and was told they will check. While waiting for our food, we noticed a lot of flies in the dining area. After we almost finished our meal. We heard the air cond was just switched on. No wonder it was warm and no customers despite the food location and brand. Food is normal as expected from fast food joints. Will...
