Kin Arai Restaurant — Restaurant in Kedah

Definitely Not Recommended , I read the review and watched some videos about this restaurant , and I put high expectations when I'm going here. At the end , all goes down to the waste. The food doesn't taste like Thai Food at all , I find that the dishes are prepared in a different way with minimum effort , i order the same thing whenever i visit any thai food restaurant, but this one is just pathetic.

Every dish that I tasted , I tried to give a positive view about it but couldn't, was so disappointed with it. Might as well I just say that the cheap thai restaurant by the roadside tastes much better. The price they put on their menu makes me think that this restaurant serves a good meal like other 4-star Thai Restaurants, but actually the dishes are not worth the price and the portion.

It was quite difficult to bring my parents to try out a new eating place because they are afraid it's not delicious, Kin Arai Restaurant does confirm that their meals are disappointing.

I have tried many Thai restaurants and every time i just judge whether is it worth the price that we paid and can we go back to that same restaurant. I don't mind paying for expensive meals as long as it is good. But This Restaurant is the opposite, The prices are like other 4-star Thai restaurants and the food doesn't have that Thai Identity in it. What thai food is that if you can't taste it like thai food at all.

Huge disappointment and will not go back again, There are more options to choose from than this one. I write this review not because of hatred , but from my honest opinion and I received the same response from other people when i told...

It's crazy to wait for the food to arrive. I ordered another food, but another food arrived. There are not many people because it is NOT EVEN PEAK HOUR yet, but the service is completely slow. The staff did not help either. Poyo je lebih. Menjawab pulak tu. I've ordered another meal, instead, you tell me to just eat the food that I didn't order. Tak sama ok?!! Seafood and chicken tomyam tomkha whatever it is called, totally not the same thing!! Do you even know how to differentiate seafood and non-seafood meal?? I ordered chicken because I ( ME ) is allergic to seafood! It's not the first you guys corrected the menu, kali ke tiga tegur baru betul. WTH. To sum it up : The service is sluggish snail, and the food is slow to arrived plus it's wrong one. It not really worth it. Wasting my time for stupid things. Definitely will...

Ordered. Few and Simple..but Variety..could had been ready come at different time to enjoy while waiting for main dishes.

Orang yg dtg lambat lagi pun dah dapat and siap makan. We asked to keep them on track.. the only thing came in mineral water and a cup of hot tea.

Waited.

All other table got served and left. Us.. empty table.

..dont tell your system fail to inform kitchen. if not why the mineral water came in the first place.

We do take it personal. Is it becz we asked? And we know they notice the table empty..but no one care enough to tell whats going on.
