From the first moment I entered the place, the service was not good because I brought old people, but they did not entertain us by providing us seats. You will get a piece of A4 paper to write down your food selection, and it got us confused. The paper showed food and drinks where the food was served by their staff and also Layan Diri.
The food that we ate, nasi lemak and pulut kuning, needed to be self-serviced, but peknga and roti bakar were served by staff. The food was just average for us, but the most disappointing part is that the rendang ayam that we took was very cold, and the price is expensive because we were only able to scoop a few shredded chickens.

Read more23/06/24, Sunday, 7.45am: Wow.. dah setahun since last datang.. cepat sungguh masa berlalu. Overall dalaman susunan meja etc dah kemas dan nampak lapang as compared to before.. so well done. Cuma timing and some menu x ada yg kasi sikit spoil. Mcm baru nak setup. Pulut kuning pun belum sampai.
19/06/23, Monday, 0750H: Kedai dah sedikit kemas.. ada re organize meja2 untuk makanan dan pelanggan. Ada install lampu2 baru rasanya.. jadi keadaan dalam kedai terasa sedikit lapang dan cerah compared to dulu. Morning briefing dan bacaan doa selamat seperti biasa dengan semua staff. Try roti jala pulak. Ok sedap. Kopi o kampung bila staff tuang tu dia ada meleleh dari teko sampai ke meja, kerusi dan lantai. Mungkin boleh buat training atau pastikan muncung teko ok.
04/06/23, Sunday, 0750H: Datang breakfast lepas hantar anak ke sekolah. Sampai just before 8 am. Pekerja2 dah ada.. makanan mostly pun dah ready. Ada briefing and baca doa dari boss untuk all staff kul 8am.
Bila sampai, amik borang pesanan dan pen (kalau bawak pen sendiri bagus jugak.. in case pean habis), cari meja yang berkenan, isi borang and hantar borang ke salah sorang pekerja.. Pekerja depa pakai apron and topi. Saya cadangan buat uniform untuk lebih senang pelanggan cari ☺️
Ada makanan yg kena amik sendiri, ada yg akan di hantar. Kopi rasa asli dan klasik.. dapat 4 keping biskut 4 segi untuk cicah. Nasi lemak sedap. Roti bakar ok ja. Latte ais pun biasa ja. Byk lagi makanan2 lain yg ringan2. Order cekodok tapi baru nak mula goreng jadi kami cancel.
Tempat agak sempit dan serabut tambah2 kalau ramai org.. dengan org nk cari tempat duduk, org nak pilih2 makanan (yang amik sendiri atas meja di laluan utama), dengan pekerja bawak makanan, tin biskut dan cerek panas air kopi (maybe this can be an incident waiting to happen.. eg kalau pemegang tercabut and air kopi panas tertumpah ke pelanggan or anak kecil)..
Tips untuk pelanggan: Datang awal untuk dpt parking dekat dan pilih meja yang best (maybe dekat dengan sinki nk basuh tangan, or dekat dengan meja makanan) dan settle makan awal. Jgn bawak kerusi roda or stroller sbb mmg x boleh lalu dlm kedai. Tgk borang pesanan yg saya attach, pilih siap2 nk makan apa, bawa pen sendiri.. terus tanda dan hantar borang, jgn lupa tulis no meja.
Cadangan untuk kedai: Buat uniform untuk staff. Pikir balik susunan meja kerusi and meja makanan untuk elak kesesakan dan isu safety. Kalau boleh buat untuk bayar guna digital (lupa nk tanya, kalau boleh . Bagus!) Digital ordering system.. kat meja ada QR code.. pelanggan duduk, scan dan order saja. No 2 to 3 tu nak elak kesesakan di dalam kedai terutama...
