McDonald's Alor Mengkudu DT — Restaurant in Kedah

It is open 24/7, therefore if you are coming to order, make sure the time is not in between staff-change-of-shift time. You will be very frustrated to see most if them chit chatting so excitedly because the shift is over. I found the situation to be very frustrating. My opinion is, when customers come to any restraurant, or any eating place; they should be hungry. Otherwise, why would they trouble themselves to go to that place in the first place, right? I have an assumption that a fast food is supposed to be most suitable for a quick bite. Staffs are all fully-trained. Clean environment. Professional quick courteous service. Those were not exactly happened when I was visiting on 27th of April 2018 at 7:33 a.m. (The restaurant manager in charge at that point in time: please take note) No professional service was delivered. Only one counter was operating even though customers were lining up. No tagging on the counter that only one counter was in operation (although the first customer by the counter waited for almost 15 minutes to be served, and I was the third, and witnessed everything). They had drive-thru orders as well. Staff at that time were very noisy chit chatting about things not even related to their work. When I asked whether there was alternative counters that can be used, I was being ignored and no explanation was given. McDonald's carried out the SOP. But there were customers who did not clear their tables, leaving dirty tables just like that. The staffs should have at least be alert of this and reminded them to clear their table. Question : if the customers don't, how long do you plan to leave the soiled table there?

I was in the queue to place my order for quite some time, and the dirty table was there since i stepped in, queued in line, place my order, waited for my order and finally took my food - and the table was still filled with food wrappers, empty drinking cups, used serviettes.

The people eating beside our table also did not clear up their table. But McD staff was just standing there by the dumpster doing nothing. For heaven's sake, just tegur them lah!

And all you McD customers, if you're so lazy to clear up your table during PKPB,...

Overall is nice. Just have to be careful when you wanna order regular size of your meal. If you didn't mention you want the regular size of your meal, they will eventually order for you large size. I and my friends experience this several times.

About the coffee taste, art, price, and quality are a lot better than the neighbors SB of McD. It's worth to buy it. And Mc'Cafe barista will create or embellished by simply "drawing" in the top layer of foam. As a professional seller SB, a neighbor of McD, not even have a passion for this. :)

Hope McD will improve their driveway route. Since the business is so good, should improve it. Make their customers can be more convenient to park their car there or drive-thru. And this should learn from their...
