Bad service!! We ordered food 20:20. Restaurants was empty. Only me , husband & my son, tapi ade 1 couple sedang menunggu mknn..after few minutes, drink & mushrooms soup arrived. After 1 hour, I asked the guy at the counter, how long will it take for my food to be ready?? We were very hungry, plus my son were restless waiting for food. Can u imagine , the boy told us to wait another 5 minutes because they were still preparing the order of the couple before us, they ordered too much food. We don’t blame the couple, but the guys at the counter. Indeed. Almost 21:30 and actually our food still hasn't been made. My husband and I were very angry. if from the beginning, the boy at the counter had told us that they had a lot of orders, or the food would be late, we would have definitely gone somewhere else! we wasted our time there. They also didn't apologize to us. And what's worse, we didn't want to wait any longer. We went to the counter to pay, except the food didn't arrive, but the boy at the counter told us that we could not cancel our meal. Excuse me??? Hello…

Customer (yg memesan bnyk mknn sebelum kami) insisted on paying for our food. Tq so much but sorry for rejecting your kindness. But In the end, we just paid for the food that arrived.

Order needs to be done online.. Take time to order since the website is not a user friendly We made payment online but confirmation time for the payment was made, it took forever, so we needed to make another payment at the counter.. so double payment where i need to wait for the refund process for my online payment. Clean environment. No staff entertain at entrance. During visit at 4pm, restaurant under maintainence of their roller shutter door. Very noisy sound. Seems short of staff, sighted only 1 chinese guy at dining area. New ordering system implemented here using bar code and web ordering. Foods well prep.
