I try to keep this review short and SPICY ok! 😼It pained my eyes and torture my tummy just by looking at the pictures! DAMN!🥴 This is an authentic Thai restaurant located in Jitra.. ⛰They used to be very popular back then with great food, great portion and fantastic price! 💯 But the food quality and taste kinda dropped due to change of chef. Customers stopped going.. 🆘Well not until recently (a year or so), news started to spread that they’ve changed their chef! 💓And the food were as good as the olden days again (if not better)!! 😍🤤So we decided to give it a try and guess what??

😍😍😍 OMGGGG! The food here are so damn GOOOOoooddd!! 👅They were so tasty and delicious!! 💋Authentic too! Now I don’t even need to travel to Thailand just to fix my Thai Food cravings!! 😭 Aroi Mak Mak! 🔥🔥🔥

☝🏼🤓Those who can’t take spicy, you may request for less spicy, I personally love super spicy though😈🌶 ☝🏼🤓 You can also bring your own fresh fish/ squid and get them to cook your preferred dish, how cool 👻

👊🏼Go early ok if you don’t like to wait 😉 It can get quite crowded during weekend/ public holiday.

Definitely a nice place to try. Overall the food is delicious and the price is reasonable but if you want to have dinner here, you should come earlier to avoid the crowd (I reached around 7 and I waited for 1 hour for the dishes to be served). You also expect to park at the roadside or in front of the houses as there is no parking slot provided.

I tried kengsom fish (we asked them to not fry the fish), cha om egg, garlic chicken and chap chai. Cha om egg and garlic chicken are my favourite dishes. The egg is crispy at the outside and smooth at the inside. Garlic chicken is well-seasoned, has a strong garlic flavour and the chicken is cooked just nice (not too chewy). Kengsom is okay but I prefer other fish dishes like curry or tomyam. The fish is fresh. This is my second time to try kengsom so my database might not be accurate. This Thai restaurant is famous since years ago and the dining experience improve with touch up along the years. Here offers many Thai dishes with authentic taste. In particular recommended siakap fish kengsom steam, darker and less sour compare to normal lime steam. Then, lime steam sotong is another not to miss with the right blend of lime soup with thai chili. Here the ota ota is filled with variety of seafood eg fish, squid and prawn, tentalizing!
