Tealive Pekan Pendang Baru — Restaurant in Kedah

I ordered Mac and cheese macaroni with hazelnut latte. This is my second time order Mac and cheese macaroni..the sauce paste and cheese barely found in the macaroni. I've heard that the staff mentioned only enough for 1 Mac and cheese during my order so I believe they run out ingredient for the food. I believe they should inform customer.. barang da habis.. daripada bagi macaroni tapi tak Rasa apa. Cheese xde Rasa langsung 😅😅 waste my money. Besides, U should ask the customer need paper bag for people that buy food and drink.. Makanan tu panas Kan..macam mana...

The worst tealive franchise ever, I need to wait for 20 + minutes for 3 signature coffee. Person who order the drink after me get it first and the workers are really slow. Making signature coffee for 20+ minutes is really bad service because before every tealive stall i have go they can finish the order really fast. Dissapointed we missed out on promo prices of all the dishes when we bought 4-5 drinks, not only that the cashier did not promote to us, she was also clueless with most menu we asked and had to asked her friend instead on everything. The staff also overheated our muffin that it almost burned. Maybe try to test/ train your staff first who is the most suitable to be at the front and careful heating up food...
