Parking - Ample and Free of Charge

Service - Friendly and very welcoming

Food - Offers Thai, Chinese & Western. Had rice (2 serving), kangkung belacan, ayam cabai kering & telur bawang with 1 air suam + 1 teh bunga (total cost @ RM34.00)

Overall food is delicious and tasty

Atmosphere: Was there for lunch so was least bothered about it. Frankly, unless I'm going to an establishment with consideration about its atmosphere (plus I'm paying for it), all I care about is great company, great service and a place with tasty makan, fair priced and clean. Nice view or atmosphere, to me, it's a plus bonus

Toilet is based on unisex usage. Rustic but it's clean

Portion: Only possible setback for some would be the portion. It's on the smaller side (me comparing with Penang, serving the same menu). It doesn't quite level with the amount you're paying for. In Penang, I could pay almost the same (or just tiny minny bit pinch higher - RM4-6) with much more generous portion

Authentic Thai cuisine. I love the Phet-phet Petai. It's absolutely delicious (even without including meat or prawns etc.). The sauce/gravy is fantastic. I also like their 'Thai Teh Tarik'. Their fried noodles are great too.

The owner, staff and excellent cook are really accommodating - ever willing to accept my requests to modify my the menu. I have patronised the place many times, and looking forward...
