Inside Scoop AEON Mall Kota Bharu — Restaurant in Kelantan

Ordered via Grab numerous times before. I've never had a bad experience, so never bothered to write a review. But today I feel I need to rant due to the rude behaviour of their staff. Today, on the 24th Oct, precisely at 4.31pm I received a call from a young lady. She spoke really fast, as if her time is so precious, didn't bother to give me the time of her day, promptly and might I say rudely hanging up the phone upon finishing the conversation. This indicates a lack of interest in giving me the time or respect I might have expected. I don't feel appreciated as a customer, as if I beg to be a paid patron. These new generations, smh, addressing me as 'awak,' you don't even know how to address a customer properly. I could be a Datin, should've addressed a paid customer as cik or puan. Management please take note and train your staff properly. I feel so upset and disappointed.

N.b: I've had the pleasure of communicating a few times with a staff named hidayahnuzilan before. She's well mannered and speak politely. If I'm the boss I'd give her a bonus...

Staff being so unreasonable when serve us. Me and my cry baby are Q up for ice cream. She asked me to wait while she is serve another client in front of me. Understand, I waited but she going on serve another client and ignored me . Tat client voice up to her said I was the one Q up first. She later on keep denied and mentioned I was second on the line. Yet tat client mentioned I was the first in line. I asked for testing although she was wearing mask but I can't feel her unpleasant attitude of denial to serve me first.. pls educated Yr staff. Today Melayu mask girl around 2.30pm . We leave without buying bec it spoilt my mood. BTW she serve another client without me purchasing and she didn't ask another client to wait ! But she asked...

Had a really great experience at Inside Scoop Kota Bharu! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, letting us try different flavors until we found our favorites. A few days ago, I wanted to get a cake for Father’s Day, but it was sold out due to high demand. Big shoutout to the staff member named Hidayah ,she was so kind and helpful, explained everything clearly and even helped me reserve a cake for another day. I was too busy to collect it myself, and she even helped arrange a Grab delivery. Truly amazing service my family love it thank...
