Malis Cafe & Restaurant — Restaurant in Kelantan

Ordered nasi putih, chicken tomyam, telur dadar, seafood noodle, tea O ice, air bandung.

Byk menu dlm list not available. 2 3 kali staff come & go just to tell my order xde.

Food portion ok; tomyam tasteless, bland, vege sikit sgt, sekuntum cauliflower 5 strip carrot & 1/4 onion? Seriously?; Seafood noodle, mee terasa kapur, udang tak segar u can see the black spot on kepala udang & lembik serta hanyir. Drinks just soso, air bandung manis sgt!

Waiting for half an hour, cook make mistake by giving us chicken noodle and dare to ask to take it & change order! Not cool bro.. lucky kakak waiter being honest say sorry &tell the mistake but we still nak order asal. Jgn mintak tukar klu buat silap. So, wait for another half hour.

Pricey, plus 1star for cleanliness & condusif...

The food is great but the services truly need to be improvise. Most of the waiter are not even smile the whole time im in there. Not to mention about how bad the waiter-customer interaction. The moment i sit at the restaurant, the waiter just pass the menu without any welcoming phrase. Plus the customer itself need to call upon the waiter to take the order. I mean where is the sense of care to...

Ive been a loyal customer since 2021 til now. Always ordered for western cuisine such tenderloin, rib eye steak, and fish and chips. This past 6 months im absolutely pissed with their services..what happened to your wannabe “fine dining”?

First and foremost, the food portion is terrible! I dont mind paying more for quality but somehow its getting out of hand..ordered fish and chip but all i get just ONLY 2 SMALL FILLET, kuantiti makin sikit tapi harga consisten mahal!

Second, maybe you guys should improve or just stop jual tenderloin and rib-eye steak. Banyak kali aku order medium rare tapi masih berkali salah dapat well done. Since you guys asked nak serve level apa dan aku bayar mahal untuk makan. Baik jangan tanya kalau tak reti buat, daging liat tak berbaloi dengan harga

Last but not least, kalau amik staff bekerja tu tolonglah amik yang cerdik pandai sikit untuk communicate. Bukan semua tapi sesetengah jenis macam kerja kedai tomyam taktau sepatah apa pening juga request.

Felt like calling this out sebab makin kecewa as a whole dari segi harga, serving, portion and layanan....
