If you already know that you have system problem,then you can tell your customer about this earlier..i told you i want to drive tru takeaway,you didnt tell me about the waiting time 30min - 1hour and need to reorder and pay by cash..i wait in line for 30 min..in the end,i cancel the order..she said that it will refund within 2 hour..if still no refund till tomorrow,i will go and make complaint..worst experience ever..
Updated after 2 day Still no refund from mcdonald kok lanas. Meet with manager(zul),not believe me and want the receipt..i order by apps,no receipt available. Luckily i ss my order before and show him. He said that the refund will be after 14 day working days exclude the public holiday and weekend..such nonsense.. And gave me contact number to whatapp of still no refund. I order on 25th may 2025 9.30 pm at McDonald Kok Lanas with a women on the cashier that done incredibly slow services and talks a lots..
So am waiting for my refund possible on 12th jun 2025(i hope the manager didnt get fired early before my refund)

Beats all the nasi lemak around here, if I dare says so. Worth recommending to all nasi lemak fans out there. I haven't tasted all outlets yet but 2 of them tasted similar.
