solid 5 stars. had a very pleasant experience here. fast and efficient service, nice food with very affordable price, and amazing sea view. truly recommend for anyone who loves enjoying food with nice, cozy ambience.
i ordered; ⭐️ nasi putih with tomyam ayam + sotong. sweet, sour, salty just nice to my liking. 8/10 ⭐️ bihun goreng basah. taste just nice, suitable for kids sebab tak pedas. 7.5/10 ⭐️ teh beng madu. tooo sweet haha had to order another 2 glasses of plain water. ⭐️ fresh apple juice without sugar. 8.5/10
also, one of the staffs (guy with mask — last picture) deserves a raise and bonus! i’ve noticed he’s so so rajin and polite as well. when he sent food to my table, he informed that there are still food that are yet to arrive and also cater to my extra drink orders politely. semoga murah rezeki selalu encik.
was afraid to visit at first as i read review that waiting time is long and was understaffed — but today’s experience proved me otherwise. overall, i’m a very happy customer. will return again...
Read moreWe usually came here for dinner. The restaurant is located by the beach. It was very nice and windy. So here’s what we love about this restaurant:
Tomyam campur is great! We love the taste and portion. Masakan panas is also great but inconsistent. Maybe a different chef.
The ambiance is comfy.
However, we would like to address a few issues that we noticed:
This restaurant is seriously understaffed. We waited about 10mins before calling one of the waiters to deliver the food to the other table.
With your restaurant's open layout concept. We think you need to find another solution on how we can order from our table instead of waiting 10 minutes for a waiter.
We also saw a lot of tables that hasn’t been cleared after the customers left.
Fix the order system! We came early and were shocked that other customers who came later than us get the food first. *Please note that it’s the same type of food which is masakan panas.
Overall it’s just an okay...
Read moreThis is a neighbourhood eatery on Pantai Kemayang with huge number of tables. Can get crowded and slow. The management did a great job creating a laid back environment suitable for children and adults. Nice place to hang, have some food, enjoy the breeze and let the kids tire themselves
The menu is extensive, from goreng², tomyam, noodles to snacks like celup tepung and other fried stuff. The celup tepung here is super good especially the big prawns, freshly fried. I rather come here and wait for them to fry (than go to those places where they fry in bulk then re-fry when you order).
Some of the tables are on the beach so you can lepak and let the kids run loose in the water.
Best time to come is anytime before 5pm when you get the place to yourself and service is fast. Gets crowded during the weekends and school holidays with locals and...
