Parking easy to get as outlet not beside main road.

Refreshing atmosphere with nice lighting. Waiting time for food was acceptable. Besides, price is average.

As for the food tried signature dish, sate ayam and arnab together with lontong. Also tried set nasi gepuk.

Sate was delicious, the kuah was the real deal for sate.

Ayam gepuk was acceptable. Chicken was marinated, even if you eat it plain, you can feel the juiciness and herbs.

However, the sambal that came with it was in small portion(picture below for reference), and you gotta pay rm 2.5 for extra sambal.

Felt a bit overpriced, and they could just made it free flow for those who ordered the set. Maybe the outlet owner can consider this aspect

I am not sure why I missed this sate place after so many years. I am a sate freak and this place certainly does not dissapoint. 9/10 overall rating. The sate ayam full of flavor with its charred edges made it more enticing and aunthentic. Sate daging 10/10, flavor, softness and each bite is satisfying. This place lost out on its location - too near to houses making it extremely difficult to park. The shop itself needs a makeover with a few ceiling fans are broken - hot place to makan bbq meat! Sate itself is only rated second to Teluk Iskandar sate in Mersing, IMHO and I have been to more than 200 sate...

actually, this is the 1st time i came to Sate Famili. the foods are very recommended by many people including several of my friends who are living at the nearby. the satay was so juicy, smooth and the taste was incredible. sometimes, when we got the good satay, the peanut sauce maybe failed and vice versa. but this place provided not only a good satay but the sauce are really nice and tasty. i've ordered a kuey tiaw goreng and it's also tasted different with other places. for overall, this place are really suit to have your meals and really good place to hang out with friends and families. good job...
