I had a very disappointing experience with the trainee at the cashier. Her attitude felt unprofessional and unfriendly throughout the interaction. I opted for sliced cakes and politely asked how many slices I should take in order to get a large box. Instead of assisting, she insisted that I choose from the menu, even though I clearly preferred selecting directly from the display cakes.
Each time I pointed to a cake, she didnāt confirm my order, which left me unsure if she noted it down. At one point, when she didnāt hear me properly, she made an annoyed face, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
Good customer service should be about patience, attentiveness, and making customers feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I hope proper training and guidance can be given so that future customers wonāt go through the same.
