It was clearly stated that I requested a cream cloud, but they didn't even bother to include it (BAYAR EXTRA TAU BUKAN TAK BAYAR). I can definitely taste the difference between oat milk and dairy milk due to my mild allergies. Are you truly using oat milk though? Between, I have ordered and requested for the same drink from another Tealive outlet several times without any issues, but my experience at Tealive Meru Klang has been very disappointing and far from my expectations. Supervisor please take action and inspect your Barista here.

21/6/2025 - 1.27 pm. Order for pick up on apps. Order classic roasted milk tea with grass jelly and ADD PEARLS & NON SUGAR. When arrived at home i open milk tea is too sweet and no pearls. How to get refund ? Please read the order carefully. The cup not transparent but you should focus what u put inside.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There were cats roaming on top of the counter and behind the bar area. It’s not hygienic to have animals in the food preparation space and I noticed staff touching the cats and then making drinks without washing their hands. This was extremely disgusting!! I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better hygiene practices in the future. Having animals in the cooking area is not...
