KFC — Restaurant in Malacca

Good service provided (delivery).i was there for takeaway but unfortunately after settle my order & paid the ask me to wait for 40mins which is almost 1 hour actually.due to crowd customers also waiting their's like me in this pandemic situation i decided to go back home first.after the mean time, i return for my orders its still not ready yet.i was thinking why not i just go for their delivery service waiting at home & i dont care if they deliver mine for 2 hours would be better for us in order social distancing enforcement instead of waiting for an hour together in the place(its funny waiting for so long.why not just open dine in instead of waiting inside there for long turn with the crowd 😂).the management need to be realistic in this situation.dont make any enforment that will result nothing.no...

TAKE AWAY Bucket 5pcs add Large Cheesy wedges Having 4 counters, only 1 operate others not sure since no signage display "counter close" but more then 8 staff over the counter. 2.cheesy wedges dressing so less only cover 1/4. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw in the package but no spoon provided. Even its take away we might not eat at home. So what KFC aspect? Eat mashed potatoes with fingers? My chicken having peel off crispy skin? Excidentally? but why the chiecken its whitish. Someone eat it? Or recycle left over by customer? Milo is tasteless even add on 1 cup RM 1.60... 2 cups RM3.20 enough to bought 1 can...

Slow service and the food not fresh at all. It's 24 hours KFC some more but the service like it gonna close soon. Lousy. The manager took my order and leave it and go to do other job until I call his staff and asked what happened now then only the prepare. It's not only happen to my line also to others. People waiting and they act like nothing happen. As per my understanding this is Fast Food restaurants, there's 3 people in front of me only but it took 45 min to serve them. And why my turn I still need to wait. I've been to KFC Alor Gajah once a while when I come back to my hometown but this time is the worst ever...
