Open daily at 8am till 9pm, this branch did not have drive thru... It'll be more easier if I only mention what they didn't have. 😬
Anyway, you can always order online thru their own apps or thru other party (apps) like FoodPanda or Uber. They will not accept order thru calls, as they did not assign any phone line for the service. Services may vary: not all chain restaurant offer the exact same services.
It will be busy during lunch and dinner hours. So plan your time if you wish to come. Parking spaces are limited and belongs to MPAG: you need parking ticket/coupon. And if you don't, who cares... It RM10 fine, definitely not a problem if you are rich.
I saw staff are committing error much often lately. Especially for larger and complicated order (ala-carte mixed with combo set within one order, customer enquiries etc.). I do think that they need extra training and less confusing menus. I mean, when a combo set offers 2 drink and another set offers 1 drink, will the staff be able measure how much drink does the customer entitled to? Based on my experience at this branch, they are most probably forget about it.
In addition to online orders, I believe KFC need to come up with new system to ease their staffs in effort to reduce error.

A so-so place. Just enough decent restaurant for dining. They prioritize online ordering than dine-in customers. Im giving lower ratings becoz when recently i went for late Lunch, I've to wait 20mins for my order to complete after ordering although it was not peak hours and only few customers dine-in. Also their ketchup station is broken and it takes 20 mins for the staff to take action after reporting. My food has gone cold by the time i get my ketchup.
