So sedapppppp!! Was on our way back to kl from mersing and requested to eat lunch somewhere other than r&r. So my friend suggested this place - which is just nearby the ayer keroh exit
Its sort of open air kedai makan with a roof. Can be hot and stuffy but worth it!! Need to queue for food and drinks (can be quite long), i was tasked to ‘chop’ the table so wasnt tired but the downside is that i didnt get to choose what to eat lol
The food we got: Daging lemak salai - sedap. Not really a fan of salai because of the burnt taste but this one sedappp Fish salai sambal petai (i think) sedap but to me tak payah pun takpe Ikan bilis petai - sedapppp Ulam ulam - tasted fresh Siput sedut lemak - i dont eat this but i guess sedap since habis Sotong sambal petai - i didint eat this either lol Cendawan goreng - sedap not oily Sambal belacan - sedap Budu - first time trying, not a fan Sambal tempoyak masak - and this my friend is the starrrrrrr. Normally i wont take this when choosing my food outside sebab takut tak sedap or tak fresh and even if i were the one queing today i would not have taken it as it looks so pale but somehow i decided to just have a dip with the mushroom and boy i loved it!!! Would come back just for this lol
Would i come...
Read moreLocated at just near the Simpang Ampat, Melaka exit from the PLUS highway. Very easy to find plus a lot of parking area at the side of the road. This restaurant also provide parking areas at specific areas. There are variety of food that can be choose from fish, seafood, duck, chicken and meat. They also serve dessert at the side that have a few flavour of ice cream. This restaurant serve a spicy gulai masak lemak. I eat Gulai Masak Lemak Daging Salai and it taste great for those who love spiciness in their food. My father eat Gulai Masak Lemak Rebung with Perut and it is less spicy compared to the Gulai Masak Lemak Daging Salai. My mother took Gulai Masak Lemak Ikan Keli that taste great as the fish is still fresh on how she can describe when she ate it. Last but not least, dont forget to order any beverages before you start eat to cool down your body from the spiciness of the food....

Lastly the Drinks. Guys seriously no Hot Coffee menu? Not all people are able to drink Nescafe and please your nescafe Is really CAIR. For a drink that almost costs Rm 4, show a bit of love and caffeine inside of it.
