On 30/8/25, I walked in n placed my order at the screen (1st screen nearest to entrance glass door). During payment on the screen, I chose to pay via debit.

I touched my card on the card slot, and removed my card (when the screen asked me too). But unfortunately the screen keep on buffering to confirmed my payment. After few minutes buffered, it shows some faulty/issue occured, and no receipt came out.

And the screen got back to the main screen

So I reoder the same item, with the same amount to pay, I tried to choose via debit card again. But it showed some issues occured (which the payment via debit is not available on that current moment), I chose to pay at counter.

Then the receipt came out to proceed with the counter. I took the receipt and paid via debit card at the counter.

Unfortunately again, when she counter staff passed my new receipt after payment been done via same debit card, he passed me without my realized it was the wrong receipt. Then I went back to the same counter person, he took back the wrong receipt and he and another lady staff straight away made my order according to my real order quickly, and passed the items to me. Then I left.

Today (after 2 days since issue happened), I only checked my transaction and only found out the payment made to the outlet was doubled.

I am unable to call the outlet as the number from Google I have tried many times but stil no answer. I have tried to make report via contact us but failed to get the outlet R&r Seremban southbound in the option (not in the list).

Here I have forward the transaction from my bank details, as I am unable to provide u the Photo of the receipt (as the staff took back my wrong receipt which given earlier, and there is no new receipt given, and quickly made my orders and I left.

Ordered 3sundaes. Super expensive as I got vanilla ice cream 2 scoops but each scoops only like very thin layer. X solid and mampat mcm kedai ice cream lain. Syrup terlalu byk jadi super sweet. Anak makan pun tak habis sbb macam makan jem je. Ice cream tak rasa sbb ice cream terlalu nipis.

Called thousand times from the day until now,better xpayah letak fon number di google sbb no answer. tried to wasap the hotline but no responds. Dah email pun takde respon. This is the only way I can get through...

TLDR : incompetent/insufficient staffing, waited so long just to be told need to wait longer (30 mins) during peak hour. In the end, left the store because it took way too long.

It was during sahur time on raya eve.

I tried to order take out for the only menu available which was fried chicken. This was 45 mins left before fasting kicks in. We ordered and wanted to pay in cash. Once we placed the order at the kiosk, we waited for 30 mins at the counter waiting for them to serve us.

The entire time we waited there was an employee who was swearing and cussing loudly the entire time. Once he finally got to us, we paid and was only then told that fried chicken will.need to wait for another 20 mins. In disappointment, we left the store and it completely wasted our time.

I am not thay angry to the workers but to the management team, please do something before you close down due to low business. You are clearly understaffed, the workers were at a lost not knowing how to handle the crowd. They were frustrated as they also need to eat before fasting yet I don't see a sight of supervisors or managers. Because of this, you have potentially lost so many custpmers that day and I was not je only one we walked out the door empty handed, with at least 40 mins of...

Being a loyal customer from the days during it's PJ drive in glory days I am shocked & frustrated with the service, staff & work ethics of this outlet. If u can't get the basics rite might as well close off that outlet or else risk loosing customer like me. Let me begin, the moment I walk thru the outlet, the employee was busy having a good talk without she even realising I have waited for 10 minutes at the counter to make cash payment. After payment was made she gave me that sarcastic smile n apologize because they are closing hence no dine in only take out! How convenient! Where are the supervisors to educate their employees to put a sign if you are closing 4 what ever reason!!!! I had to wait 4 my takeout, I didn't even take my balance money bcoz outlet do not have enough change, so I just took off. The food that really turned me off n I can assure that will be the last money a&w will get from me. Curly fries was cold, corney dogg was hard like a rock, I swear to God it was my worst corney ever! No standards at all, no supervision, no work ethics, you might close off that branch rather than pissing customers off. LOUSY!!!! Order through the restaurant ordering system, paid RM8.50 for the curly fries, at the end only give a little fries just to cover up the curly that is not available, instead of asking if I want the fries or refund. When asked, the staff said already put a notice that curly fries is out of stocks, instead of update in the system that it is not available. If it's out of stock, why still make it available to order in the system? If want to use manual way to paste notice, what is the purpose of having ordering machine and system? If I want buy fries, I rather go McDonald's to buy, cheaper, nicer and bigger portion.

Staff came to wipe dirty table n the cloth was extremely smelly until im about to throw out.Staff dont bother to clean the cloth which is aweful smell? What Majlis people is doing? Dont bother to inspect the outlet which is full of flies? How stil can operate with this quality? People are paying to get the food, u r not giving for free. You dont even display cleaniness certificate.
