CAWAN CAFE (LEPARK CAFE EMPIRE) — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Ordered food via Air Asia delivery. Estimated delivery time 12-30-1pm. Till 1pm no food arrived ..send an enquiry to Air Asia..they said waiting for pick up..I contacted the Restaurant directly and was told they did not received any order and that they will call me back after checking. Waited for 10minutes, no one called me back, so I called them again and was told they just recei9ved the order and preparing the food. Time is already 1.13pm. I asked them to cancel but they said they can't. Thats ok with me. But in within few minutes I received a notification from Air Asia that stated order is cancelled. I called back the restaurant and ask them whether they are still sending the order and the y said NO since already cancelled by Air Asia. And whoever answered the last call does not even any empathy..No apology at all...Air Asia delivery very lousy service..Cawan cafe you could have done better ..Your food is good but staff (or whoever answered my last call) attitude...

A great experience coming here. The place was super clean, nice and cosy. The atmosphere felt relaxing with some musics played. The service was excellent and the staffs were friendly. You can make reservations to dine in here. You'll need to order by scanning the barcode and go through the website. All the menus were there in the website. They served local cuisine as well as some western foods. It's a good place to bring your family and friends.

To be honest, the foods were a bit pricey but when it comes to the taste and portion, they were reasonable. You get what you paid for. The waiting time was also reasonable for me.

However, this cafe was quite small. Thus, it may be packed with customers during peak hours. The parking space will also occupied especially during daytime as this cafe was at a shoplot. Nevertheless, I'll recommend this cafe to other people and definitely will...

The worst service ever. We paid a lot for an average meal, and a liat lamb grill 🙄 and worse customer service. One of the lady (pretty sure is the owner) gave a nasty look to one of my family members. As if we are not able to pay for the foods 😅 Improve the customer service and drop the attitude. Nanti mula lah cakap, melayu tak tolong melayu, tapi dengan attitude mcm tu. Tak ke mana lah business ni. There is also a hint of bias coming from the owner itself. Disgusting attitude. First and last. Would never recommend this place to...
