THE...FOOD...IS...EXCELLENT!!!
I am glad to have found Elite Ultimo, a casual dining restaurant. I've always been sceptical of establishments offering Western menus in Seremban. Elite Ultimo was recommended on a weekday for dinner and my prejudice was shoved down my throat and it tasted delicious. The Food Here Is Beyond Excellent!
Expecting the usual barbecue fare and pasta selection, I was slapped to attention at seeing Chicken Schnitzel on the menu. Hurriedly scanning down, I was amazed to see Parmigiana, an Italian dish not seen and tasted for eons. Though it was chicken instead of veal, I was getting excited and hungry. The next page had my order as Fajitas(fah-hee-tah) in Seremban is unheard of as well as its Mexicano pronunciation. The chicken was seasoned well, cooked perfectly and served on a customary sizzling hot plate. The tortillas were soft and warm. And a very generous amount of Guacamole, sour cream, cheese and vegetables to complete the wrap. I had an ecstatic tasty time wolfing MY fajitas and thank the Chef for sharing his passion and food in Seremban. And a not on the menu side dish of nachos and salsa came along with it, which I couldn't get as an order on the following night when I came for the Chicken Parmigiana. And I had the same blissful tasty experience with it.
My table also had the crispy, tasty and juicy Chicken Schnitzel the first night, a barbecue chicken and soup set meal and two childrens meal. The second night had my urgent 5 stars review with its fresh homemade mushroom soup served with garlic wheat French baguette, garlic mushrooms and well seasoned tasty meatballs pasta.
The service is very friendly, polite and casual that fits the ambience of a taman eatery. The menus price is unreasonably reasonable as the portions and generous ingredients seemed more than fair. Leaving a tip was deemed compulsory to thank the effort given.
The 5 stars definitely goes to the menu, food and to the talented CHEF of Elite Ultimo as is deserved. Like follow and subscribe at no peril to your taste buds and wallet.

Read moreFirst time here.. ordered: fish and chips (3.5/5)- portion okay. Fish a bit bland but dip in tartar sauce then okay. I think of marinade with a bit salt and lemon before frying will be great. (Rm30.90 of not wrong with mushrooms soup and ice lemon tea). Mushroom soup too salty for our taste.
Crispy chicken burger (3/5) - huge bread. Shld be own made bread but very chewy (means need lots of muscle to chew it). I did not finish the bread as tiring eating it. Recipe can be improved. The fried crispy chicken.. okay la, but overall tasted much better ones.
Ice lemon tea.. maybe shld say ice lime tea. Cafe mocha not good. Maybe just go for kopi O. Hehehe.
Average rm30 per person.. i prefer to go to the one in PJ that serves better taste...
Read moreThe waiters are clumsy in handling orders, I ordered 4 sets of food and 3 drinks. Their kitchen staff said 1 set of the food is not available, but wasnt conveyed to us after 40 mins waiting. 3 simple drinks arrived after 20 mins of wait time, yet they forgot to 1 of the simplest drink of all (orange juice). Would not recommend coming here during special occasions as the staff could not handle laege orders. The replacement order for the food was not immediately made and we are suppose to wait for them to circulate other people's order before they will cook our food. This is etiquettely not right, it is not our fault the order...
